Geometric attenuation function analysis based on V-grooved surfaces.

In this study, we present a simulation addressing the phenomena of shadowing and masking in TE and TM polarized incident plane waves interacting with V-grooved rough surfaces. Blinn's theory on light attenuation posits that such a rough surface is represented by a symmetric, elongated V-shaped groove cavity, considering only the tilt angles of the slopes. Our numerical analysis considers variables such as polarization (TE or TM), wavelength, tilt, and slant of the incident or viewing direction, as well as the material properties of the rough surfaces, to accurately calculate light attenuation on V-grooved rough surfaces.

Calculating shadowing and masking on a rough surface.

Existing research has confirmed that light attenuation has an intrinsic effect on light reflection from rough surfaces. In this study, a technique is developed to solve the shadowing and masking problems of visual representation on a rough surface. Using the developed technique, a novel framework is built using optics to ensure that shadowing and masking can be presented on a rough surface and then calculated accurately.

Basic performance of domestic surgical robot and the safety and effectiveness of integrated energy equipment.

Objectives: Surgical robot system has broken the limitation of traditional surgery and shown excellent performance in surgery, and has been widely used in minimally invasive treatment in most areas of surgery. This study aims to verify the basic performance of the domestic surgical robot system and the safety and effectiveness of the integrated bipolar electrocoagulation and ultrasonic knife.

Methods: The basic performance of the domestic surgical robot system was evaluated by completing the square knot and surgical knot, vertical and horizontal perforation and right ring perforation and suture, as well as picking up beans.

Results And Discussion: The median (range) age of 22 patients with acute pancreatitis was 58 years (range 9-83).

Results: The study included 31 men and 29 women.

Objective: To understand the cognition, emotions, and behaviour of women who had recently undergone termination due to a foetal anomaly. In this study, we developed and tested a theoretical model to describe how women went through the process after termination.

Study Design: A grounded theory study.

Background: We conducted a comparative analysis of the first domestically produced Chinese surgical robot, 'MicroHand', laparoscopic, and barehanded approaches in tying surgical knots.

Methods: Four surgeons performed square or triple knots individually using the three approaches and documented the operational time, circumference, the bearable tension and action trajectory for each knot.

Results: MicroHand took more time than the barehanded method but nearly the same as with the laparoscope.

Climate change will significantly affect agricultural production in China. The combination of the integral regression model and the latest climate projection may well assess the impact of future climate change on crop yield. In this paper, the correlation model of maize yield and meteorological factors was firstly established for different provinces in China by using the integral regression method, then the impact of climate change in the next 40 years on China's maize production was evaluated combined the latest climate prediction with the reason be ing analyzed.

[Perioperative nursing for gastric perforation repair operation performed by the first domestic surgical robot].

We reported a case of gastric perforation repair operation performed by the first domestic surgical robot, named Miaoshou. The comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and targeted psychological care were performed before the surgery. Close observation and care, effective prevention and treatment of complications, and nice guidance of diet were conducted after the surgery.

[Effects of climate change on flax development and yield in Guyuan of Ningxia, Northwest China].

Based on variations of the annual mean temperature and precipitation analyzed using ob- servation data in Guyuan of Ningxia, the effects of climate change on the local flax developmental process and yield were investigated. The results showed that the annual mean temperature had an increasing trend (0.3 °C · (10 a)-1) and the annual precipitation had a decreasing trend (-20 mm · (10 a) -1) from 1957 to 2012.
