In vitro rumen gas production experiment was conducted with 57 kinds of feedstuff, which were categorized into energy feed, protein feed, and roughage, collected within China. Eight mathematical models were employed to describe the kinetics of in vitro rumen gas production. Fine particulate matter (PM) is one of the most concerning air pollutants, with emerging evidence indicating that it can negatively impact embryonic development and lead to adverse birth outcomes. Hematopoiesis is a critical process essential for the survival and normal development of the embryo, consisting of three temporally overlapping stages and involving multiple hematopoietic loci, including the yolk sac and fetal liver. As one of the most common air pollutants, fine particulate matter (PM) increases the risk of diseases in various systems, including the urinary system. In the present study, we exposed male and female C57BL/6J mice to PM for 8 weeks. Examination of renal function indices, including creatinine (CRE), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA), and urinary microalbumin, indicated that the kidneys of female mice, not male mice, underwent early renal injury, exhibiting glomerular hyperfiltration.

Triazole fungicides (TFs) are known to be common environmental contaminants that can be toxic to aquatic animals, but their developmental toxicity is not fully understood. To address this gap, we first used a glucocorticoid receptor α (GRα)-mediated dual luciferase reporter gene system to explore the possible development toxicity of ten TFs and found that flusilazole (FLU) exhibited stronger agonistic activity against GRα. Subsequent transcriptome sequencing showed that FLU exposure affected GRα activation and hematopoiesis associated with a variety of biological processes, including responses to corticosteroid release, embryonic hematopoiesis, erythroid differentiation, and the development of hematopoietic or lymphoid organs.
