[Clinical research of acupuncture therapy combined with domperidone in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency].

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of shuanggu yitong acupuncture therapy (the therapy for both replenishment and unblocking) combined with domperidone on diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern and explore its effect mechanism.

Methods: DGP patients differentiated as liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern were divided into a control group (=42) and an observation group (=42) according to the random number table. The patients in the control group took domperidone tablets orally, 10 mg each time, 3 times a day for 28 days.

[Clinical efficacy and time-effect relationship of dynamic acupuncture for acute lumbar sprain].

[Three-dimensional low-dose CT volume reconstruction based on non-local weights optimization and GPU acceleration].

Concerns have been raised over x-ray radiation dose associated with repeated computed tomography (CT) scans for tumor surveillance and radiotherapy planning. In this paper, we present a low-dose CT image reconstruction method for improving low-dose CT image quality. The method proposed exploited rich redundancy information from previous normal-dose scan image for optimizing the non-local weights construction in the original non-local means (NLM)-based low-dose image reconstruction.

[Study of nondestructive and fast identification of fabric fibers using near infrared spectroscopy].

A fast and nondestructive identification method to distinguish different types of fabric fibers is proposed in the present paper. A total of 214 fabric fiber samples, including wool, cashmere, terylene, polyamide, polyurethane, silk, flax, linen, cotton, viscose, cotton-flax blending, terylene-cotton blending, and wool-cashmere blending, were collected from Beijing Textile Fibre Inspection Institute. They contain yarns, raw wool or cashmere, and various fabric straps with different colors and different braid patterns.

[Preparation and in vitro and in vivo evaluation of etoposide submicro-emulsion for intravenous injection].

The aim of this thesis is to prepare etoposide submicro-emulsion (ESE) for intravenous injection and investigate its characteristics in vitro and in vivo. High-pressure homogenization was used to prepare ESE, using 10% (w/w) soybean oil and 10% (w/w) medium-chain triglyceride as mixed oil phase, and 1.8% (w/w) fabaceous lecithin as emulsifier.
