Entrepreneurial intention (EI) is a crucial requirement for encouraging significant entrepreneurial activity, which is essential for economic growth and social stability. Cultivating college students' EI is a critical element of higher education. Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), this study constructs a moderated mediation model, aiming to explore the intricate processes and conditioning elements that influence the EI of college students and investigate the mediating role of future time perspective (FTP) between positive emotion (PE) and entrepreneurial intention (EI) among Chinese college students, as well as the moderating role of gender.

It remains to be determined whether liver-specific inhibition of CIDEB will bring clinical benefits. We aim to establish pharmacological proof of concept by testing GalNAc-conjugated Cideb surrogate siRNAs in respective animal models of obesity and MASH and to develop siRNA drug candidates for clinical investigations.

High variability of influenza B virus (IBV) hemagglutinin (HA) impairs the cross- neutralization ability of vaccines, leading to reduce efficacy. We identified significant differences in cross-neutralization between IBV strains B/Wyoming/06/2014 and B/Brisbane/60/2008, which differ in only three amino acid residues. The 214 T point mutation was found to dramatically enhance cross-neutralization (>10-fold).

Consequently, it is crucial to investigate the factors contributing to FA to address and alleviate the obesity issue among college students effectively. This study assessed the impact of emotional dysregulation (ED) on FA in a sample of 501 students at three universities in China and explored the gender disparities in this relationship.

Background: Exercise induces molecular changes that involve multiple organs and tissues. Moreover, these changes are modulated by various exercise parameters-such as intensity, frequency, mode, and duration-as well as by clinical features like gender, age, and body mass index (BMI), each eliciting distinct biological effects. To assist exercise researchers in understanding these changes from a comprehensive perspective that includes multiple organs, diverse exercise regimens, and a range of clinical features, we developed Exercise Regulated Genes Database (ExerGeneDB), a database of exercise-regulated differential genes.

However, its role in chemotherapy-related vascular endothelial injury has not yet been elucidated. We found that methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) expression was significantly reduced during doxorubicin (DOX)-induced apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells both in vivo and in vitro, and that silencing of METTL3 further intensified this process.

To investigate the impact of COVID-19 infection among hypothyroid patients, we gathered data on the hypothyroid outpatients with COVID-19 infection during this time at the Thyroid Disease Center (TDC) of Shanghai Central Hospital. Patients were divided into two groups based on whether their hypothyroidism was caused by Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT): the HT and the non-HT group.

In this research, a series of Ag-exchanged R-LTA/Ag (R = Li, Na, K) zeolites were synthesized, in which the silver clusters showed blue-shifted excitation in the UV region, red-shifted emission in the visible region, and decreased emission intensity when taking Li, Na, and K as the extra-framework cations, respectively. The [Ag(HO)R-sod] ( = 2, 4; R = Li, Na, K) structures were constructed, and the TD-DFT method was further carried out to study the influence of extra-framework cations on the luminescence performance of [Ag] clusters, in which the substitution of Al for Si and the reasonable hydrate levels were both taken into consideration.

Despite its significance, there are still gaps in its genetic composition, particularly in the mitochondrial (mtDNA) and chloroplast (cpDNA) genomes. Our study aimed to fill these knowledge gaps by investigating the evolutionary relationships within the paspalum family and examining the functions of organelle-encoded genes as well as the critical role of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in organelle-nucleus communication.

In addition to this, it has been observed that tRNAs undergo precise cleavage at specific loci, giving rise to an extensive array of distinct small RNAs, termed tRNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs). Existing studies have shown that tsRNAs are widely present across various organisms and comprehensively regulate gene expression, aberrant expression of tsRNAs is inextricably linked to tumorigenesis and development, thus, a systematic understanding of tsRNAs is necessary.

This effective strategy enables the synthesis of a variety of novel and potentially bioactive functional molecules. In this review, we summarize the recent progress in NHC-catalyzed 1,6-addition reactions, highlighting their efficiency in the rapid synthesis of complex functional molecules.

By profiling lncRNA expression changes during human skin wound healing and screening lncRNA functions, we identify SNHG26 as a pivotal regulator in keratinocyte progenitors underpinning this phase transition. Snhg26-deficient mice exhibit impaired wound repair characterized by delayed re-epithelization accompanied by exacerbated inflammation.

However, the interpretation of the high-risk (HR) prognostic implications stemming from 1q21 abnormalities remain challenging to implement effectively.
Methods: In a comprehensive analysis of 367 consecutive patients with symptomatic MM, we assessed the prognostic significance of +1q21 using FISH with a threshold of 7.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between podocyte related biomarker cofilin-1 and renal function, and explore the value of cofilin-1 in predicting the risk of renal adverse prognosis in IgA nephropathy (IgAN).
Methods: Patients with primary IgAN diagnosed by initial renal biopsy performed in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were included. This study was a prospective cohort study.
