Frame Running is an adapted community-based exercise option for people with moderate-to-severe walking impairments. This mixed-methods study aimed to examine the feasibility of 1) community-based Frame Running by young people with moderate-to-severe walking impairments and 2) conducting future studies on the impact of Frame Running on functional mobility and cardiometabolic disease risk factors. Weekly training sessions and data collection occurred in two sites.

Population Pharmacokinetics of Epcoritamab Following Subcutaneous Administration in Relapsed or Refractory B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Background And Objectives: Epcoritamab is a CD3xCD20 bispecific antibody approved for the treatment of adults with different types of relapsed or refractory (R/R) B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) after ≥ 2 lines of systemic therapy. Here we report the first results from a population pharmacokinetic model-based analysis using data from 2 phase 1/2 clinical trials (EPCORE NHL-1, NCT03625037 and EPCORE NHL-3, NCT04542824) evaluating epcoritamab in patients with R/R B-NHL.

Methods: Plasma concentration-time data included 6819 quantifiable pharmacokinetic samples from 327 patients with R/R B-NHL.

Background: Pneumococcal conjugate vaccines (PCVs) that are ten-valent (PCV10) and 13-valent (PCV13) became available in 2010. We evaluated their global impact on invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) incidence in all ages.

Methods: Serotype-specific IPD cases and population denominators were obtained directly from surveillance sites using PCV10 or PCV13 in their national immunisation programmes and with a primary series uptake of at least 50%.

This review aimed to answer the question: What is the current available evidence for the use of case management in supporting survivors of ABI?

Methods: Searches were conducted in seven databases (Medline (all), CINAHL, Embase, PsychInfo, Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed), using a search strategy based on key terms: 'case management' and 'brain injury.' Quality of studies was assessed by the Mixed Methods Assessment Tool (MMAT), and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) checklists.

Background: High blood pressure variability (BPV) is a predictor of cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality in people with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) and a marker of aging in geriatric populations. Nevertheless, the relationship between BPV and geriatric syndromes, such as frailty, in people with ESKD is not well understood.

Objective: To examine the association between very short-term BPV and frailty in people with ESKD and receiving hemodialysis.

Plasma transthyretin is a practical measurement used to assess nutritional evolution due to its rapid response to food intake. This study examines the relationship between nutritional scores, transthyretin protein levels, and the possibility of death.

Innovative label-free lymphoma diagnosis using infrared spectroscopy and machine learning on tissue sections.

The diagnosis of lymphomas is challenging due to their diverse histological presentations and clinical manifestations. There is a need for inexpensive tools that require minimal expertise and are accessible for routine laboratories. Contrastingly, current conventional diagnostic methods are often found only in specialized environments.

Neurodevelopmental Impairments in Adult Psychosomatic Patients.

: Neuropsychological, neurodevelopmental, or minimal cerebral dysfunctions (MCD) can be found in many patients with mental disorders. They can be masked by other symptoms, impair the course of the illness, and impair work and social participation. Despite a long history of research, there is still a lack of data on the spectrum, prevalence, and consequences of these dysfunctions in patients with chronic illness.

Pilot Study on the Use of Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy for Diagnosing and Characterizing Cardiac Amyloidosis.

Amyloidosis diagnosis relies on Congo red staining with immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence for subtyping but lacks sensitivity and specificity. Laser-microdissection mass spectroscopy offers better accuracy but is complex and requires extensive sample preparation. Attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy offers a promising alternative for amyloidosis characterization.

Aim: To review the international evidence base on interventions to support the mental health of family carers of children with brain injuries in low and middle income countries (LMIC).

Methods: Searches were conducted with five electronic databases (Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL) using search terms related to "family carers", "brain injury", "children" and "low and middle income countries". Studies were independently screened using predetermined eligibility criteria by two authors.

Learning for life, friendships and relationships from the perspective of children and young people with intellectual disabilities: findings from a UK wide qualitative study.

Background: Relationships and sexuality education (RSE) programmes are widely taught in schools, however for children and young people with intellectual disabilities, these programmes appear to be limited regarding information on relationships, informed choices and decision making. The purpose of this study was to seek the views and understanding of children and young people with intellectual disabilities, and those involved in their care and education, to identify best practice and approaches to the delivery on relationships and sexuality education.

Methods: This study used a qualitative design with 37 pupils from five special schools from across the United Kingdom (UK) participating.

Phenotypic profiling of human induced regulatory T cells at early differentiation: insights into distinct immunosuppressive potential.

Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a key role in suppressing systemic effector immune responses, thereby preventing autoimmune diseases but also potentially contributing to tumor progression. Thus, there is great interest in clinically manipulating Tregs, but the precise mechanisms governing in vitro-induced Treg (iTreg) differentiation are not yet fully understood. Here, we used multiparametric mass cytometry to phenotypically profile human iTregs during the early stages of in vitro differentiation at single-cell level.
