Introduction: Chronic nonbacterial osteomyelitis (CNO) is an autoinflammatory bone disease usually managed by pediatric rheumatologists (PRs). There is a need for a consensus treatment plan to minimize the diversity in clinical practice in the diagnosis and management of CNO.
