Feasibility and pilot study of Indonesia's first telehealth support program for gynecological cancer survivors undergoing chemotherapy.

Most Indonesian gynecological cancer survivors experience chemotherapy side effects on their physical and mental health as they face unmet needs of supportive care, which increases the likelihood of discontinuing treatment. Interventions in telehealth assist survivors in resolving these issues. The aim of this pilot study was to determine the feasibility of fighting distress, self-efficacy, health effects, and sexual (FoRSHE-X) interventions and evaluate their potential impact on distress level, side effects knowledge and management, self-efficacy, and sexual quality of life.

FoRSHE-X digital health intervention to improve the quality of life during chemotherapy among gynecological cancer survivors in Indonesia: A protocol for a pilot and feasibility study.

Most Indonesian gynecological cancer survivors have unmet supportive care needs during chemotherapy, which may lower their quality of life and discontinue the treatment. Digital health intervention can address this issue. This pilot investigation aims to (1) examine the feasibility and acceptability of a Fighting on distRess, Self-efficacy, Health Effects, and seXual issues (FoRSHE-X) intervention and (2) evaluate prospectively the impact of the study implementation on the level of distress, self-efficacy, side effects' knowledge and management, and sexual quality of life using the RE-AIM (Reach Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation, and Maintenance) framework.

Preconception care knowledge and information delivery modes among adolescent girls and women: a scoping review.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to conduct a scoping review of knowledge and information delivery modes related to preconception care (PCC) among adolescent girls and women.

Methods: A scoping review was performed on studies selected from five electronic databases (Cochrane Library, PubMed, Science Direct, CINAHL/EBSCO, and ProQuest), published between 2012 and 2022, with predetermined keywords and criteria. We included English-language research articles available in full text and excluded irrelevant articles.

Liens entre les besoins non satisfaits, la qualité de vie et les caractéristiques des survivantes de cancers gynécologiques en Indonésie.

Les survivantes de cancers gynécologiques ont des besoins complexes très souvent négligés. La présente étude indonésienne vise à établir les liens entre les besoins non satisfaits, la qualité de vie et certaines caractéristiques particulières de ces survivantes. Au total, 298 participantes ont rempli le questionnaire sur les besoins non satisfaits des survivants au cancer (Cancer Survivor Unmet Needs ou CaSUN), le questionnaire sur la qualité de vie EORTC QLQ-C30 ainsi que les questionnaires démographiques et cliniques.

The relationships of unmet needs with quality of life and characteristics of Indonesian gynecologic cancer survivors.

Gynecologic cancer survivors' complex needs are too often overlooked. This study aimed to identify the associations between unmet needs and quality of life, and selected characteristics of Indonesian gynecologic cancer survivors. This study was a cross-sectional, correlation study.

Effectiveness of Spiritual Intervention toward Coping and Spiritual Well-being on Patients with Gynecological Cancer.

Objective: Coping and spiritual well-being are two important things in improving quality of life of patients with gynecological cancer. However, both of them are still neglected. Spiritual interventions are one of the alternatives in improving coping and spiritual well-being of patients with gynecological cancer.
