A secure transaction and smart contract architecture for internet of vehicles.

Recently, with the popularity of Internet of vehicles (IoV), there is an increasing market demand for integrating blockchain technology and smart contracts in electric vehicles. By utilizing distributed blockchain and smart contract technology, it provides data integrity preservation, traceability, and prevention of forgery. These features can be effectively used in the automated charging system.

Secure Data Transfer Based on a Multi-Level Blockchain for Internet of Vehicles.

Because of the decentralized trait of the blockchain and the Internet of vehicles, both are very suitable for the architecture of the other. This study proposes a multi-level blockchain framework to secure information security on the Internet of vehicles. The main motivation of this study is to propose a new transaction block and ensure the identity of traders and the non-repudiation of transactions through the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm ECDSA.

[Establishment of a Wistar rat model bearing brain glioma C6 cells and its experimental application].

Objective: To establish a rat model bearing brain glioma and investigate the optimal conditions for its experimental application.

Methods: C6 cells were implanted into the unilateral brain hemisphere of 20 Wistar rats. The growth behaviors of the brain tumor and behavioral changes of the rats were observed at different time points after the implantation.
