We recently reported that the chondrocyte-specific knockout of discoidin domain receptors 1 (Ddr1) delayed endochondral ossification (EO) in the growth plate by reducing the chondrocyte hypertrophic terminal differentiation, and apoptosis. We examine the genetic history and population status of Hawaiian hoary bats (Lasiurus semotus), the most isolated bats on Earth, and their relationship to northern hoary bats (Lasiurus cinereus), through whole-genome analysis of single-nucleotide polymorphisms mapped to a de novo-assembled reference genome. We present confocal fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy in the second near-infrared (NIR-II) window to assess the morphological and biochemical information of live samples. A home-built superconducting single-photon detector (SSPD) was used to facilitate the NIR-II fluorescence lifetime measurement. The niobium nitride (NbN) nanowires fabricated with the high-quality ultra-thin NbN film with a thickness of 3 nm-6 nm were widely used for single photon detectors. In this Letter, we propose and demonstrate a new type of planar double-slot antenna for a microbolometer terahertz (THz) detector. The calculated results show that the planar antenna possessed high coupling efficiency, and the THz signals were obviously focused on the antenna center place.
