Broadband near-infrared (NIR) phosphor-converted light-emitting diodes (pc-LEDs) are essential to integrate near-infrared spectrometers into mobile devices for the rapid and noninvasive detection of biological components. However, efficient broadband NIR phosphors with a peak emission wavelength longer than 800 nm are deficient. In this study, CaMgGeO:Cr phosphor was prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction.

However, molecular function and diagnostic significance of DNA methylation of RBPMS2 remains indistinct. Here we aimed to whether DNA methylation of RBPMS2 acts as a diagnosis biomarker in GC pathogenesis and its potential clinical significance.

To explore the effect of exogenous AHLs on the spoilage characteristics of Pseudomonas koreensis PS1 from spoiled chilled pork, four kinds of AHLs were added to the liquid medium to analyze their effect on the cell growth and spoilage characteristics of P. koreensis PS1, and N-hexanoyl-l-homoserine lactone (C6-HSL) was added to evaluate its effect on spoilage characteristics of P.

However, the association between SA and particular secondary metabolites in the Chinese medicinal plant Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is unclear. To elucidate the association between SA and the secondary metabolites baicalin and baicalein, which constitute the primary effective components of S.

Objective: To investigate the effects of arsenic trioxide (AsO) on K562 cell proliferation by regulating cell cycle protein D1 and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27kip1.
Methods: MTT was used to detect the effect of AsO on K562 cell proliferation, so as to screen out the appropriate drug concentration. Furthermore, the K562 cell apoptosis was observed by microscopy.

Objective: To study the impact of aconitine and Shuang-huang-lian injection on the expression of myocardial ryanodine receptor (RyR2) and to discuss the anti-arrhythmic mechanisms of Shuanghuanglian against aconitine poisoning.
Methods: A total of 52 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: aconitine group (group A, n=20), Shuang-huang-lian group (group B, n=20) and control group (group C, n=12). Aconitine at a dose of 0.

Gaussian process (GP) is applied in the present paper as a chemometric method to explore the complicated relationship between the near infrared (NIR) spectra and ingredients. After the outliers were detected by Monte Carlo cross validation (MCCV) method and removed from dataset, different preprocessing methods, such as multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), smoothing and derivate, were tried for the best performance of the models. Furthermore, uninformative variable elimination (UVE) was introduced as a variable selection technique and the characteristic wavelengths obtained were further employed as input for modeling.

A dataset of 310 samples of tablet were obtained by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) technique, and then the NIR data were used to discriminate the four types of tablets with three scales. Wavelet clustering algorithm, a new unsupervised method, which applied a classical clustering strategy on the suitably chosen subset of wavelet coefficients, was introduced to improve the clustering performance. The optimal wavelet decomposition and wavelet coefficients partition were determined according to the index of discriminant accuracy.

A method for rapid quantitative analysis of four kinds of Tanreqing injection intermediates was developed based on Fourier transform near infrared (FT-NIR) spectroscopy and partial least squares (PLS) algorithm. The NIR spectra of 120 samples were collected in transflective mode. The concentrations of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, luteoloside, baicalin, ursodesoxycholic acid (UDCA), and chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA) were determined with the HPLC-DAD/ELSD as reference method.

For the rapid detection of the total organic carbon (TOC) content and cation exchange capacity (CEC) in soil, visible/ near infrared spectra (Vis/NIR) of 300 soil samples were analyzed. The algorithm of fast independent component analysis (FastICA) was used to decompose the data of Vis/NIR spectrum, and their independent components and the mixing matrix were obtained. Then, the calibration model with three-level artificial neural networks structure was built by using Back-Propagation (BP) algorithm.

For the rapid detection of the ethanol, pH and rest sugar in red wine, infrared (IR) spectra of 44 wine samples were analyzed. The algorithm of fast independent component analysis (FastICA) was used to decompose the data of IR spectra, and their independent components and the mixing matrix were obtained. Then, the ICA-NNR calibration model with three-level artificial neural network (ANN) structure was built by using back-propagation (BP) algorithm.
