This study investigates the effects of composite surfactants on the wettability of different coal types using a combination of macroscopic experiments, mesoscopic experiments, and microscopic molecular dynamics simulations, with coal samples of varying degrees of metamorphism as research subjects. First, contact angle and surface tension experiments were performed at the macroscopic level to determine the optimal concentration and ratio of the composite surfactants. The results showed that the composite solution formed by mixing SLES and AEO-9 in a 3:2 ratio significantly reduced both the surface tension of the solution and the contact angle of the coal samples at a mass concentration of 0.

In this study, we conducted a meta-analysis to assess the risk factors associated with CR after LIF.
Methods: We retrieved literatures analyzing the risk factors associated with CR following LIF from seven databases.
The development of dual prostaglandin E receptors 2/4 (EP2/EP4) antagonists represents an attractive strategy for cancer immunotherapy. Herein, a series of 4,7-dihydro-5-thieno[2,3-]pyran derivatives with potent EP2/EP4 dual antagonism were discovered by fine-tuned structural modifications. The biphenyl side chain was found to be the key pharmacophore for the transition from EP4 antagonism to EP2/EP4 dual antagonism.

Currently, six small molecules (Bay 27-9955, MK-0893, MK-3577, LY2409021, PF-06291874, and LGD-6972) have been tested or are undergoing clinical trials, but only the binding site of MK-0893 has been resolved. To predict binding sites for other small molecules, we utilized both the crystal structure of the GCGR and MK-0893 complex and dynamic conformations.

Global obesity as a major public health problem has increased at pandemic rate, with men often outpacing women. Survey data show that the overall prevalence of obesity is higher among women than men, yet in high-income developed countries, the prevalence of overweight is higher among men than women. The differential impact of different economic stages has prompted research in transition economies such as China.

Of these variants, rs7805747 in PRKAG2 was identified to be significantly associated with both serum creatinine and CKD with genome wide significance level. Until now, the potential mechanism by which rs7805747 affects CKD risk is still unclear.

A hyperspectral interference image compression algorithm based on fast hierarchical alternating least squares nonnegative tensor Tucker decomposition (FHALS-NTD) is proposed. Firstly, the interference hyperspectral image is decomposed by 3-D OPD lifting-based discrete wavelet transform (3D OPT-LDWT) in the OPD direction. Then, the 3D DWT sub-bands decomposed are used as a three order nonnegative tensor, which is decomposed by the proposed FHALS-NTD algorithm to obtain 8 core tensors and 24 unknown component matrices.
