Offshore sediment serves as an important sink for traditional organophosphate esters (TOPEs) originating from terrestrial sources. However, the contamination characteristics of novel OPEs (NOPEs) and their hydrolyzed and hydroxylated transformation products (Di- and OH-OPEs) in marine sediment are still unknown. In this study, 34 OPE-associated contaminants were measured in six offshore sediment cores (71 samples) collected from Eastern China.

Therefore, the free drug concentration in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is strongly associated with the clinical efficacy. The present study aimed to develop physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models that can predict the steady-state trough concentration (C) in plasma and CSF, as well as anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) occupancy (AO), for three inhibitors: crizotinib (CRI), alectinib (ALE), and lorlatinib (LOR).

However, there is no full understanding of the response of soil algal community structure to the seasonal fluctuations in temperature and moisture and changes of soil physicochemical properties across different forests. Here, based on 23S rRNA gene sequencing, we analyzed soil algal community structure in four different forest plantations in two seasons and examined soil physiochemical properties.

Modified Kushen Gancao Formula (mKG), derived from traditional Chinese herbal medicine, has a prominent anti-inflammatory effect. The present study is to explore the inhibitory effects of mKG on bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice.
