Mitochondrial autophagy plays a crucial role in reducing inflammation and inhibiting fibrosis. Adipose stem cell-derived exosomes, a product of adipose stem cell paracrine secretion, have pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic effects, and mediate autophagy.
