Targeted drugs in spondyloarthritis during pregnancy and lactation.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) are a heterogeneous group of chronic inflammatory joint diseases that includes several clinical subgroups. SpA can affect women in the reproductive stage so pregnancy can influence the course of the disease and SpA can affect the maternal-fetal outcome. The treatment of SpA has changed dramatically in recent years and the use of targeted drugs is part of therapeutic armamentarium.
