Unlabelled: The objective of the present work was to study characteristics of mild neuro-orthopedic pathology in the children and adolescents with special reference to its etiological, pathophysiological and clinical features and to develop the program for the differentiated treatment of this condition.

Material And Methods: We have examined 100 children at the age from 3 to 15 years presenting with minor asymmetry of the lower extremity length, primary (idiopathic) pelvic obliquity, and pathology of the locomotor system of the known etiology (secondary). We have conducted topographical and electromyographic studies.

Contralateral lesions of ventromedial and lateral hypothalamic nuclei inhibited hypothalamic self-stimulation in rabbits. Intracerebroventricular injection of metenkephalin evoked the restoration of self-stimulation behavior.

By means of light (semithin slices) and electron microscopes structural organization of the corpuscle and glomerulus of the capsule has been studied in freshwater fishes--carp (Cyprinus carpio) and crucian carp (Carassius carassius). The diameter of their glomeruli are in the carp from 80.8 +/- 1.

In 14 and 25 days of bilateral subdiaphragmatic+ vagotomy perimeter of the endoplasmic reticulum (EPR) of hepatocytes, content of the enzyme (cytochrome R-450) built into the membrane in microsomal fractions, speed of hydroxylation of substrates and oxygen absorption decreased and the section area of EPR and duration of the hexonal sleep increased. The results demonstrate certain disturbances of the detoxication function of the denervated liver.

In experiments on rabbits with electrodes chronically implanted in the lateral hypothalamus, dynamics was studied of extinction of self-stimulation reaction as a result of cancellation of intracerebral reinforcement. General dynamics of extinction of the unreinforced instrumental actions and behavioural manifestations of orienting-investigating reaction were revealed. It was found, that in 30% of rabbits, the orienting reaction appearing as a result of "discordance" between expected and actual afferentation is attended by a species-specific form of behaviour, expressed in the form of hind paws synergic strokes against the floor.

It is shown that a degradation level of exogenic high-polymeric RNA does not change their stimulating effect on beta-galactosidase synthesis in yeast protoplasts. Nucleoside monophosphates are a product of RNA degradation which promotes an increase in the beta-galactosidase activity. The exogenic RNA is established to act at the transcription level.
