Background: The aim of this study was to determine the therapeutic reference range of lurasidone, and to analyze the factors influencing the dose-corrected concentration of lurasidone in Chinese psychiatric patients, thereby providing a basis for the development of individualized dosing of lurasidone.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted for hospitalized patients who had received lurasidone and undergone blood concentration monitoring from May 2022 to September 2023 at the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. Analyses were based on patient demographic data, treatment regimens, and administered drug concentrations.
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of simulation-based childbirth education (SBCE) on reducing fear of childbirth (FOC) of Chinese primiparas.
Methods: A total of 56 primiparas completed the trial including 26 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group. The intervention group received four sessions of SBCE while the control group received routine prenatal care.
Objective: To review the research on fear of childbirth, analyze and evaluate the publications by means of bibliometric analysis, and provide suggestions and scopes for future study.

Study Selection: All published articles focusing on the fear of childbirth from inception to February 10, 2020.
Problem: Several studies have indicated a protective effect of breastfeeding on reducing the risk of childhood obesity, however, this remains controversial. The aim of this meta-analysis is to clarify the association between breastfeeding and the risk of preschoolers' obesity.
Eligibility Criteria: Prospective cohort studies published prior to December 1, 2019 were systematically searched in PubMed, EMBASE, the Web of Science and the Cochrane Library databases.
