The functional properties of such compounds are influenced by the arrangement of various Lewis basic sites or structural configurations of the ligands. In this study, a series of isostructural Ln-MOFs containing a phosphine-dicarboxylate ligand, [Ln(HL)(L)(DMF)]·DMF (where HL = 5-(diphenylphosphanyl)isophthalic acid, Ln = Tb (), Eu (), Gd (), Ce (), and Nd ()), was synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized in detail.

Esophageal stricture is the most common and disabling complication of esophageal injury caused by ingestion of corrosive substances. In our case, the patient developed esophageal stenosis due to ingestion of strong alkaline substances and underwent colon replacement surgery after repeated failed dilation treatments. After surgery, anastomotic stenosis and tracheocolonic fistula occurred successively, and the entire diagnosis and treatment cycle of this disease lasted for more than 20 years.

The high-performance optical thermometer probes are of great significance in diverse areas; lanthanide metal-organic frameworks (Ln-MOFs) are a promising candidate for luminescence temperature sensing owing to their unique luminescence properties. Background: Previously, we have demonstrated that IL-33 administration protecting TNBS-induced experimental colitis is associated with facilitation of Th2/Tregs responses in mice. However, whether IL-33 regulates autophagy to ameliorate experimental colitis is unclear.

Results: IL-33 administration (2 μg/day, intraperitoneal injection), while facilitating Th2/Tregs responses, also enhances the autophagy in mice with TNBS-induced colitis as well as macrophages.

The discriminative correlation filters-based methods struggle deal with the problem of fast motion and heavy occlusion, the problem can severely degrade the performance of trackers, ultimately leading to tracking failures. In this paper, a novel Motion-Aware Correlation Filters (MACF) framework is proposed for online visual object tracking, where a motion-aware strategy based on joint instantaneous motion estimation Kalman filters is integrated into the Discriminative Correlation Filters (DCFs). The proposed motion-aware strategy is used to predict the possible region and scale of the target in the current frame by utilizing the previous estimated 3D motion information.

This study was aimed to investigate antitumor activity of paederosidic acid (PA) in human non-small cell lung cancer cells and explore the related mechanisms. The anti-proliferative effects of PA on A549 cells were evaluated by MTT method and the IC values were calculated.
