Chevrolat, 1863, one of the most species-rich genera of Clytini, comprises 36 subgenera and 302 species/subspecies, with some species being of significant economic importance. To assess the monophyly and subgeneric system of this genus, we newly obtained mitochondrial genomic data from 21 species of via high-throughput sequencing and reconstructed the phylogeny of this genus using ML and BI methods. The mitochondrial genomes of all sequenced species were found to comprise 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNAs (tRNAs), two ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs), and one non-coding region (control region, CR), reflecting a highly conserved gene arrangement.

Sooty moulds are a widespread group of saprophytic ascomycetes that obtain nutrients from honeydew excreted by sap-feeding insects and coat plant tissue with mycelia. Research on sooty moulds has focused on fungal morphology and phylogeny-based taxonomy, but little research has been conducted on the community structure. In this study, the PacBio sequencing platform was used to systematically analyse the fungal and bacterial diversity of the sooty mould community on camphor trees at two sampling sites.

The complete mitochondrial DNA genome of the was reported. The genome was a circular molecule of 15,499 base pairs (bp), with 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and an estimated 830 bp A + T-rich control region. The total base composition of the mitogenome was A-T bias, with 40.

Previous studies have shown that nicorandil has a protective effect on cardiomyocytes. However, there is no study to investigate whether perioperative intravenous nicorandil can further reduce the myocardial infarct size in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) compared to the current standard of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) regimen. The CHANGE (China-Admini stration of Nicorandil Group) study is a multicenter, prospective, randomized, double-blind and parallel-controlled clinical study of STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI in China, aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous nicorandil in ameliorating the myocar dial infarct size in STEMI patients undergoing primary PCI and provide evidence-based support for myocardial protection strategies of STEMI patients.

This study aimed to explore the similarity between the physical and chemical properties of different acaricides, determine whether Lipinski's Rule of Five (RO5) used in the design of drug molecules is suitable for screening acaricides, and provide methods for selection of new acaricides. We evaluated and predicted the molecular properties of >180 acaricides using Molinspiration. We calculated physicochemical property parameters, such as log , molecular weight (MW), and number of hydrogen bond donors (HBDs), hydrogen bond acceptors (HBAs), and rotatable bonds (Rot B).

The genus Meiyingia Holzchuh, 2010 presently consists of only one species, Meiyingia paradoxa Holzchuh, 2010 from Henan and Shaanxi, China. The genus is characterized by following characters: Head concave between antennal tubercles; clypeus narrow; frons flattened. Eyes small, finely faceted, divided with two lobes widely separated.
