Micronization of lysozyme by supercritical assisted atomization.

Supercritical Assisted Atomization (SAA) has been used to produce lysozyme microparticles. Lysozyme has been micronized using water, buffered water at pH 6.2 and water-ethanol mixtures at different volume percentages.
