The pathogenesis of sepsis-induced Acute lung injury (ALI) progresses rapidly, and no effective treatment drugs are known, resulting in a high mortality rate. NLR family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation plays an important role in the pathological progression of ALI, and often coincide with the inflammatory activation and polarization of macrophages. NLR family CARD domain-containing protein 3 (NOD3) was reported protecting against sepsis-induced pulmonary pathological injury and inhibiting the inflammatory response in lung tissue.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 65 patients with CRC or precancerous lesions (ESD group) and another 65 patients receiving surgical treatment at the same period (Surgery group). The surgical indicators, incidence of complications, and quality of life score were compared between the two groups, and the survival and tumor progression were followed up and recorded.
Background: Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one of the most important microvascular complications of diabetes, and its prevalence has increased dramatically in the past few decades. DKD is responsible for considerable morbidity and mortality of patients with diabetes. Keluoxin capsule (KLX) is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used in the clinic to control DKD for years.
