We present organic-halide treatment in advance to maximize electron extraction of CsAgBiBr double perovskite solar cells. Through optimizing the organic halide and concentration systematically, the best carbon-based CsAgBiBr perovskite solar cell fabricated in an airing chamber achieves a power conversion efficiency of 2.03% and shows excellent long-term stability in air over 30 days.

The as-synthesized NiP nanowire clusters were composed of uniform nanowires with length of about 10 μm and diameter of about 40 nm. The NiP nanowires exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic activity for both hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction This work provides good guidance for the rational design of nickel phosphides with unique nanostructures for highly efficient overall water splitting.

Herein, we introduced single-layer hollow ZnO hemisphere arrays (ZHAs) behaving light trapping effect as the electron transport layer in perovskite photodetectors (PDs). The single-layer hollow ZHAs can not only reduce the reflection, but also widen the angle of the effective incident light and especially transfer the distribution of the optical field from the ZnO/FTO interface to the perovskite active layer confirmed by the 3D finite-difference time-domain simulation.

AlO/AlN-mineral oil nanofluids were prepared by dispersing commercially available AlO and AlN nanoparticles into mineral oil. SEM measurements showed that the average diameter of the AlO and AlN nanoparticles was about 55 and 50 nm, respectively. The experiments showed that the thermal conductivity systematically improved as the AlO and AlN nanoparticles were introduced into the mineral oil.

Transmission electron microscopy observation revealed that the bilayer film fully mixed together and had good interfacial property at 773 K. Metal-oxide-semiconductor capacitors with high-k gate dielectric TiO2/ZrO2/p-Si were fabricated using Pt as the top gate electrode and as the bottom side electrode.
