At present, simple anti-tumor drugs are ineffective at targeting bone tissue and are not purposed to treat patients with bone metastasis. In this study, zoledronic acid (ZOL) demonstrated excellent bone-targeting properties as a bone-targeting ligand. The metal-organic framework (MOF) known as ZIF-90 was modified with ZOL to construct a bone-targeting-based drug delivery system.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been widely used to treat CG due to its precise efficacy, minimal side effects, and holistic approach. Clinical studies have confirmed the effectiveness of TCM in treating CG, although the mechanisms underlying this treatment have not yet been fully elucidated.

Gastric cancer (GC) patients are susceptible to psychological change, especially depression which is commonly induced by chronic stress. Gastric precancerous lesions (GPL) is an important prodromal stage in the occurrence of gastric cancer.

It is an ancient form of therapy, and has a long history of prosperity and decline. Due to the persistent efforts of TCM practitioners, a number of well-designed clinical trials regarding acupuncture have been published in the past decade.

A network pharmacology approach was used to analyze the targets and pathways of quercetin in treating GC. The predicted targets of quercetin against GC were obtained through database mining, and the correlation of these targets with GC was analyzed by Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses.

Herb-partitioned moxibustion (HPM), a characteristic external therapy, is effective in treating IBS-D. However, no systematic review has been carried out to assess the efficacy and safety of HPM for IBS-D.

Aim: The purpose of this research is to identify the mechanisms of Shen-Qi compound formula (SQC), a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), for treating diabetes mellitus (DM) using system pharmacology.
Methods: The active components and therapeutic targets were identified, and these targets were analyzed using gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis, and protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis. Finally, an integrated pathway was constructed to show the mechanisms of SQC.
Background: Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is defined as an important precancerous disease with high risk of gastric cancer. Rebamipide is a mucosal protective agent widely used in the treatment of chronic gastritis. The aim of this systematic review is to assess the efficacy and safety of rebamipide for the treatment of patients with CAG.

Gastric precancerous lesions (GPLs) are an essential precursor in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, known to be one of the most common and lethal cancers worldwide. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a positive prospect for the prevention and therapy of GPL owing to several advantages including a definite curative effect, fewer side effects compared to other treatments, multiple components, and holistic regulation. Despite these characteristic advantages, the mechanisms of TCM in treating GPL have not been fully elucidated.

Gastric cancer, one of the most common types of cancers, develops over a series of consecutive histopathological stages. As such, the analysis and research of the gastric precancerous lesions (GPLs) play an important role in preventing the occurrence of gastric cancer. Ginsenoside Rg3 (Rg3), an herbal medicine, plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of various cancers.

Here, we describe the characterization of mice deficient in the H+, K+-ATPase α subunit (Atp4a-/-) to determine the role of this protein in the biosynthesis of this membrane system and the biology of the gastric mucosa. Atp4a-/- mice were produced by gene targeting.
