Fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment can effectively reduce property losses and casualties. Bearing vibration signals, as one of the effective sources of diagnostic information, are often overwhelmed by substantial environmental noise. To address this issue, we present a fault diagnosis method, CCSDRSN, which exhibits strong noise resistance.

In this study, methods such as gem microscopy, polarizing microscopy, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) were used to systematically study the gemological characteristics and inclusions in green rutilated quartz from Inner Mongolia. Results show that the sample appears green due to the chaotic distribution of green inclusions in the shape of hair filaments.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the biomechanical stress of sandwich vertebrae (SVs) and common adjacent vertebrae in different degrees of spinal mobility in daily life.
Materials And Methods: A finite element model of the spinal segment of T10-L2 was developed and validated. Simultaneously, T11 and L1 fractures were simulated, and a 6-ml bone cement was constructed in their center.
Acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC) is a widely used phthalate substitute. Although ATBC is considered to be with a safe dosage of up to 1000 mg/kg/day, studies on its effects in some sensitive populations, such as diabetic patients, are relatively rare. Epidemiological studies have shown that there is a link between diabetes and nervous system diseases.

Methods: This experiment was an observational, cross-sectional study. The samples were collected from 22,379 college students at Xinjiang Medical University.
Alkylnitriles play important roles in many fields because of their unique electronic properties and structural characteristics. Incorporating cyanoalkyl with characteristic spectroscopy and reactivity properties into amino acids and peptides is of special interest for potential imaging and therapeutic purposes. Here, we report a copper-catalyzed asymmetric cyanoalkylation of C(sp)-H.

C(sp)-S cleaved glycosyl thianthrenium salts are developed as the glycosyl radical agents. The reaction provides an efficient toolkit to synthesize β-glycosyl substituted unnatural amino acids as well as for the late-stage -saccharide modification of peptides.

In this study, we show that the GSK3 kinase BIN2 physically interacts with CO and the gain-of-function mutant displays late flowering phenotype through down-regulation of transcription. Genetic analyses show that BIN2 genetically acts upstream of CO in regulating flowering time.

Some reports have indicated that light signals contribute a plant's ability to deal with heat, cold, and stress. However, the molecular link between light signaling and the salt-response pathways remains unclear.

Two previously undescribed steroidal alkaloids, compounds 1-2, along with two known ones(3-4), were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of ripe berries of Solanum nigrum by chromatographic methods, including silica gel, ODS, and HPLC. Based on spectroscopic and chemical evidence, including IR, NMR, and HR-ESI-MS data, the structures of the isolated compounds were identified as 12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), 27-hydroxy solasodine-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), solalyraine A(3), and 12β,27-dihydroxy solasodine(4). Compounds 1-2 were tested for their potential effects against the proliferation of A549 cells, which revealed that compounds 1-2 had weak cytotoxic activity.

Compared with O-/N-glycosides, C-glycosides exhibit more metabolic stability. We here disclose the first example of visible-light-promoted and Cu-catalyzed stereoselective C-glycosylation.

In the past decades, catalytic enantioselective C(sp)-H functionalization has been intensively studied and successfully applied in various asymmetric bond formations, whereas asymmetric C(sp)-H alkylation was not well developed. Photoredox catalysis has recently emerged as an efficient way to synthesize organic compounds under mild conditions.

Linear chromatin is compacted into eukaryotic nucleus through a complex and multi-layered architecture. Consequently, chromatin conformation in a local or long-distance manner is strongly correlated with gene expression. Chromosome conformation capture (3C) technology, together with its variants like 4C/5C/Hi-C, has been well developed to study chromatin looping and whole genome structure.

In this study, we exposed human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) to 5- or 50-mM ethanol and performed transcriptomics to investigate the systemic effects of ethanol. While these concentrations of ethanol did not significantly affect HUVEC viability, 5-mM ethanol significantly upregulated and downregulated 59 and 73 genes, respectively, whereas 50-mM ethanol significantly upregulated and downregulated 50 and 80 genes, respectively.
