3D-integrated GaN power modules can effectively reduce parasitic parameters and enhance the power system's performance. However, the heat from each power chip during operation can lead to a mutual thermal coupling effect, potentially causing performance drift of the GaN power chips. This work investigates the impact of the thermal coupling effect in a 3D-integrated GaN power module on the characteristics of its GaN power chips.

By combining the advantages of both, the simultaneous and controllable release of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) has become a possibility. This paper describes the design of two Ru(II) complexes, [Ru(bpy)(NFIP)](PF) (Ru1, bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, NFIP = 4-nitro-3-trifluoromethylaniline-1-imidazo[4,5-][1,10]phenanthroline) and [Ru(phen)(NFIP)](PF) (Ru2, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), through the integration of the polypyridyl ruthenium structure and a photoresponsive NO donor.

To support the scientific formulation of agricultural policies and the optimization of domestic planting structures, we developed a high-resolution annual soybean yield dataset for China (2001-2020), ChinaSoyYield1km. This dataset was generated by applying ensemble learning algorithms and spatial decomposition to a comprehensive set of multi-source data, including climate variables, remote sensing imagery, soil properties, agricultural management practices, and official yield records.

However, research on dioxin-based COFs remains limited. Herein, a unique nonplanar 2D COF, designated as TCP-COF, constructed from catechol-porphyrin units interconnected by 1,4-dioxin bonds, exhibiting a staggered AAA stacking pattern, is presented.

This study reports a groundbreaking discovery of robust, 100% field-free spin-orbit torque (SOT) switching in a RuO(101)/[Co/Pt]/Ta structure. The experimental results reveal that the spin currents, induced by the in-plane charge current, flow along the [100] axis, with the spin polarization direction aligned parallel to the Néel vector.

The interactions between BMOs and organic matter, their environmental behavior, and practical field applications remain poorly understood. In this study, the remediation effectiveness of organic fertilizer (OF) and manganese-oxidizing bacteria (B) in addressing arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb) co-contamination in soil was evaluated, alongside the resulting elemental migration within the soil profile, uptake by maize, and post-remediation soil health.

The promotion and application of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) concept have notably reduced postoperative hospital stay durations for CRC patients and improved recovery efficiency. However, there exist significant discrepancies in the discharge criteria for CRC patients, with a lack of uniformity and specificity in the evaluation standards for postoperative hospital days across different regions and healthcare institutions.

However, chiral magnets are still scarce, and their transport properties have been rarely explored. Here, a chiral magnet, CrNbS, has been synthesized, and its magnetic and transport properties have been systematically investigated.

Methods: A rat model of HI was established, and 48 hours prior to constructing the HI model, the rats received an intracerebroventricular injection of a recombinant adeno-associated virus type 9 vector. TTC and Nissl staining assessed the effects of SIRT3 on cerebral infarction and brain atrophy in HI rats.
Genetic engineering of T cells in mouse models is essential for investigating immune mechanisms. We aimed to develop an approach to manipulate T cells in vivo using an evolved adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsid named Ark313. Delivery of a transient transgene expression cassette was feasible using Ark313, and this serotype outperformed natural serotypes.

The magnetoresistance (MR) of spin valves usually displays a symmetric dependence on the magnetic field. An antisymmetric MR phenomenon has been discovered recently that breaks field symmetry and has the potential to realize polymorphic memory. In this work, centimeter-size and high-quality CrTe/BiTe/CrTe van der Waals (vdWs) heterostructure devices have been prepared using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE).

While various TCR CDR3 embedding strategies have been proposed, the absence of their systematic evaluations created perplexity in the community. Here, we extracted CDR3 embedding models from 19 existing methods and benchmarked these models with four curated datasets by accessing their impact on the performance of TCR downstream tasks, including TCR-epitope binding affinity prediction, epitope-specific TCR identification, TCR clustering, and visualization analysis.

Reproductive hormones associated with the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis are closely linked to bone homeostasis. In this study, we demonstrate that Gonadotropin inhibitory hormone (GnIH, one of the key reproductive hormones upstream of the HPG axis) plays an indispensable role in regulating bone homeostasis and maintaining bone mass. We find that deficiency of GnIH or its receptor Gpr147 leads to a significant reduction in bone mineral density (BMD) in mice primarily by enhancement of osteoclast activation in vivo and in vitro.

Therefore, STA-MCA side-to-side microvascular anastomosis seems to be a revascularization strategy superior to traditional STA-MCA end-to-side anastomosis. In this study, we presented seven cases in which a STA-MCA side-to-side microvascular anastomosis was performed with a 4-5 mm long arteriotomy using the in-situ intraluminal suturing technique.

Living cell systems possess multiple isolated compartments that can spatially confine complex substances and shield them from each other to allow for feedback reactions. In this work, a bioinspired design of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with well-defined multishelled matrices was fabricated as a hierarchical host for multiple guest substances including fluorogenic molecules and catalytic nanoparticles (NPs) at the separated locations for the development of a dual-mode glycoprotein assay. The multispatial-compartmental zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) constituents were synthesized via epitaxial shell-by-shell overgrowth to guide the integration and spatial organization of host guests.
