Context: Treatment of hyperprolactinemia with ergoline dopamine agonists (DAs) can be complicated by intolerance and resistance.

Objective: This study examines the efficacy and tolerability of the nonergot DA ropinirole for the long-term treatment of hyperprolactinemia.

Methods: Twelve hyperprolactinemic women were treated with ropinirole in a 6-month, open-label, dose-escalation trial; 7 of the 12 continued treatment in an extension study for up to 17 months.

Although mindfulness-based interventions may be effective in addressing the common symptom of fatigue, no population-based studies have examined the relationship between mindfulness and fatigue. We determined whether higher levels of dispositional mindfulness were associated with lower levels of fatigue. Cross-sectional data were obtained through the Pennsylvania Head Start Staff Wellness Survey, a 2012 web-based survey in which 2199 of 3375 (65%) eligible staff participated.

To characterize both emergency room (ER) and hospital discharge dispositions of patients presenting with farm-related injuries. The 2012 National Trauma Data Bank was queried in August 2017 for injuries occurring on a farm. Patients were stratified by gender, age group, race, Injury Severity Score (ISS), and injury type.
