Objective: To analyze the application of standardized nursing procedures in critically ill patients' nursing evaluation.

Methods: 90 cases of critically ill patients aged from 18 to 65 who were treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group, respectively, with 45 cases according to the drawing method. The rescue time, blood pressure, heart rate before and after nursing, adverse mood, length of stay, incidence of adverse events, ICU transfer and death, and satisfaction of 2 groups were statistically analyzed and compared.

Transvenous embolization is the treatment of choice for cavernous sinus dural arteriovenous fistulas (csDAVFs) despite occasional difficulty in transvenous catheterization. We reported our experience in the treatment of csDAVFs by transarterial Onyx embolization in patients who had failed transvenous catheterization. We reviewed the clinical and radiographic records of csDAVFs patients receiving transarterial Onyx embolization after failed transvenous Onyx embolization at our institution over a period of 31 months.

Hibiscus latent Singapore virus (HLSV) mutants were constructed to study roles of its internal poly(A) tract (IPAT) in viral replication and coat protein (CP) expression. Shortening of the IPAT resulted in reduced HLSV RNA accumulation and its minimal length required for HLSV CP expression in plants was 24 nt. Disruption of a putative long range RNA-RNA interacting structure between 5' and 3' untranslated regions of HLSV-22A and -24A resulted in reduced viral RNA and undetectable CP accumulation in inoculated leaves.

Objective: To explore the correlation between X-ray-induced rat cerebral neuron apoptosis and radiation doses.

Methods: In a controlled experiment, the rats in the experimental group received X-ray radiation at different doses (2, 4, 6 and 8 Gy), and the apoptotic cerebral neurons were counted after in situ end-labeling and immunohistochemical staining.

Results: X-ray radiation induced apoptosis of rat cerebral neurons, and the apoptotic rate varied with the radiation doses.
