Texture is an important quality index reflecting a series of sensory evaluations of fruit, and softening is the main texture change of most postharvest fruit. Persimmon fruit () shows a pattern of decreasing firmness after harvest, leading to a short duration of sale and excessive waste. We found that the treatment with gibberellin (GA) could effectively inhibit the postharvest softening of persimmon fruit, but the underlying mechanism is unclear.

The temperature and excitation density dependent dynamics follow the behavior predicted by the phenomenological bottleneck model for the single-gap SC, implying adiabatic coupling between the two condensates on the ps timescale. The amplitude of the THz-driven suppression of condensate density reveals an unexpected decrease in pair-breaking efficiency with increasing temperature-unlike in the case of optical excitation.

Gibberellin (GA), an important phytohormone necessary for plant growth and development, has also shown a substantial regulatory effect on fruit maturation; however, its regulatory mechanisms remain inconclusive. Purpose: To explore the feasibility of a radiomics model based on intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) MRI parameter maps in predicting the histopathological grade and Ki-67 expression level of STSs.
Material And Methods: In total, 42 patients diagnosed with STSs between May 2018 and January 2020 were selected.
Background: To explore computed tomography (CT) characteristics of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia and explore variations among the different clinical types.
Methods: Clinical and CT imaging data of 43 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in our hospital and the cooperative hospital between January 15-30, 2020 were collected (27 male and 16 female). Patients were classified as common type (26 cases, 60%), severe type (14 cases, 33%) or critical type (three cases, 7%) according to the new coronavirus pneumonia treatment scheme (sixth edition).
The development of genomics and bioinformatics offers new tools for comparative gene mapping. In this paper, an integrated QTL map for Sugarcane mosaic virus (SCMV) resistance in maize was constructed by compiling a total of 81 QTL loci available with the Genetic Map IBM2 2005 Neighbors as reference. These 81 QTL loci were scattered on 7 chromosomes of maize, and most of them was clustered on chromosome 3 and 6.
