Background: Acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding (ANVUGIB) constitutes a prevalent emergency within Gastroenterology, encompassing 80%-90% of all gastrointestinal hemorrhage incidents. This condition is distinguished by its abrupt onset, swift progression, and notably elevated mortality rate.

Aim: To gather clinical data from patients with ANVUGIB at our hospital in order to elucidate the clinical characteristics specific to our institution and analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of endoscopic hemostasis.

Purpose: The role of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT) is not fully understood.

Methods: In this retrospective analysis, we included 316 HCC patients who underwent hepatectomy and preoperative CTC detection. We selected 41 pairs of matched HCC patients with and without PVTT using propensity score matching (PSM) analysis.

Objective: To summarize anesthesia management of laparoscopic radical cystectomy and orthotopic bladder surgery with a robotic surgical system.

Methods: In the study of 10 cases of bladder cancer, the robot-assisted radical cystectomy+expand lymphadenectomy+orthotopic bladder surgery with 60 degrees of Trendelenburg surgical position, was inserted into the manipulator under the video system monitor positioning, to complete the removal of the diseased tissue dissection and orthotopic ileal neobladder intra-abdominal. The respiratory parameters, hemodynamic parameters, arterial blood gas analysis were monitored and the waking time, intake and output, and intraoperative concurrent recorded.

Determination of binding-dioxygen in dioxygen complexes by headspace gas chromatography.

Dioxygen complexes play important roles in organisms' bodies, so the determination of binding-dioxygen has practical significance. A simple and robust method based on headspace gas chromatography was proposed to determine the binding-dioxygen in dioxygen complexes. By measuring the content change of nitrogen gas in a vial, the amount of oxygen released from dixoygen complexes can be determined.
