To date, the overall response rate to checkpoint blockade remains unsatisfactory, partially due to the limited understanding of the tumor immune microenvironment. The retinoic acid-related orphan receptor γt (RORγt) is the key transcription factor of T helper cell 17 (Th17) cells and plays an essential role in tumor immunity. In this study, we used JG-1, a potent and selective small-molecule RORγt agonist to evaluate the therapeutic potential and mechanism of action of targeting RORγt in tumor immunity.

[Analysis of common errors caused by typesetting in stomatological journals].

Typesetting is an important step in journal publishing process. There will be many differences between the original articles and typesetted articles with typesetting software, even derivative errors caused by negligence of typesetter. All these will cause trouble for later editing and proofreading work.

[Analysis of articles published in Shanghai Journal of Stomatology form 2012 to 2016].

Purpose: To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai Journal of Stomatology(SJOS), and provide some suggestions for its sustainable development.

Methods: The volumes, issues, the first authors, author affiliation, date of reception, fund, the frequency of cited and downloaded articles published in SJOS from 2012 to 2016 were recorded. The data were analyzed by bibliometric methods.

[Progress in molecular mechanisms of HBV reverse transcription].

HBV infections leads to severe public health problems around the world, especially in China. Improved understanding of the molecular mechanisms of HBV reverse transcription is fundamental for optimization of treatment and solution to drug-resistance. Recently, the main structural basis involved in the process of HBV reverse transcription and the cis-elements were revealed by means of biochemistry and genetics.
