[Essential oil of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma inhibits pyroptosis of microglia by regulating NLRP3 inflammasomes].

This study aims to investigate the effect of essential oil of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma on microglial pyroptosis and decipher the underlying mechanism. BV-2 cells were treated with 1 μg·mL~(-1) lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and 10 μmol·L~(-1) nigericin sodium salt for the modeling of pyroptosis. The cells were treated with different doses of essential oil of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, and then the cell viability and apoptosis were examined by the CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry, respectively.

However, its ameliorative mechanism against IR is not well defined. This study is aimed at investigating the effect of BBR and protein phosphatase, Mg/Mn-dependent 1B (PPM1B) on IR.

[Protective effect of β-asarone on AD rat model induced by intracerebroventricular injection of Aβ₁₋₄₂ combined 2-VO and its mechanism].

This study was aimed to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of β-asarone on the animal model of Alzheimer's disease(AD) which was induced by intracerebroventricular injection of Aβ₁₋₄₂ combined cerebral ischemia. One hundred and five rats were randomly divided into seven groups including sham-operated group, AD model group, β-asarone 10 mg•kg⁻¹ group, β-asarone 20 mg•kg⁻¹ group, β-asarone 30 mg•kg⁻¹ group, donepezil group(0.75 mg•kg⁻¹) and Ginkgo biloba extract group(24 mg•kg⁻¹).
