Purpose: The purpose of our study is to develop a deep learning (DL) model based on MRI and analyze its consistency with the treatment recommendations for degenerative cervical spine disorders provided by the spine surgeons at our hospital.

Methods: In this study, MRI of patients who were hospitalized for cervical spine degenerative disorders at our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were primarily collected. The dataset was divided into a training set, a validation set, and an external validation set.

The clinical impact of serum soluble CD25 levels in children with Langerhans cell histiocytosis.

Objective: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare myeloid neoplasm with inflammatory characteristics. This study aims to investigate the correlation between sCD25 levels and clinical characteristics, as well as prognosis, in pediatric LCH.

Methods: Serum sCD25 levels were measured in 370 LCH patients under 18 years old using ELISA assays.

[Effects of Pesticides Use on Pesticides Residues and Its Environmental Risk Assessment in Xingkai Lake（China）].

Xingkai Lake, located in Heilongjiang Province, is an important fishery and agricultural base and is seriously polluted by agricultural non-point sources. To clarify the residual status of many pesticides in the surface water of Xingkai Lake, 27 types of pesticides, herbicides, and their degradation products were analyzed in rice paddy, drainage, and surface water around Xingkai Lake (China) during the rice heading and maturity periods. The results showed that all 27 types of pesticides, herbicides, and their degradation products were detected during the rice heading period, and the total concentration ranged from 247.

Aims: Isoniazid (INH) has been used as a first-line drug to treat tuberculosis (TB) for more than 50 years. However, large interindividual variability was found in its pharmacokinetics, and effects of nonadherence to INH treatment and corresponding remedy regime remain unclear. This study aimed to develop a population pharmacokinetic (PPK) model of INH in Chinese patients with TB to provide model-informed precision dosing and explore appropriate remedial dosing regimens for nonadherent patients.
