  • A rare plant species in Yun-xiao County, Fujian Province, has a critically low population consisting of only 25 individuals, mainly young seedlings, and just one mature mother tree.
  • The spatial distribution shows most seedlings are clustered within 10-25 meters of the mother tree, indicating an unsustainable population due to lack of older trees and intense competition from surrounding species.
