Introduction: The prognosis of relapsed or refractory mature T- and natural killer (NK)-cell lymphoma remains dismal. Novel agents are urgently needed to improve the outcomes for this population.
Methods: In this phase 2, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study (NCT03776279), the authors report the efficacy and safety of liposomal mitoxantrone (Lipo-MIT) monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory mature T- and NK-cell lymphoma.
Background: The 8p11 myeloproliferative syndrome (EMS), a rare disorder characterized by translocations and interchanges at chromosome 8p11, is usually refractory to chemotherapy, and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is currently the only promising treatment for long-term remission. Among 14 translocation partners associated with EMS, t(1;8)(q25;p11) are very uncommon, with only four cases previously reported in peer-reviewed journals in English.
Case Presentation: Here we report a 43-year-old man who presented with atypical peripheral T-cell lymphomas.
Objective: Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a significant complication following allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, often necessitating therapeutic interventions such as rituximab (RTX) and cyclosporin A (CsA). This study aims to elucidate the mechanisms by which RTX and CsA jointly address B-cell dysregulation in cGVHD, providing a theoretical foundation and scientific rationale for the treatment and prognostic evaluation of this condition.
Methods: A total of 30 cGVHD mouse models were established by subjecting recipient mice to total body irradiation followed by injection of a mixed suspension of bone marrow cells and splenocytes from donor mice.
Although tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy has markedly improved the survival of people with chronic-phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), 20% to 30% of people still experienced therapy failure. Data from 1955 consecutive patients with chronic-phase CML diagnosed by the European LeukemiaNet recommendations from 1 center receiving initial imatinib or a second-generation (2G) TKI therapy were interrogated to develop a clinical prediction model for TKI-therapy failure. Methods: Patients receiving olanzapine 5 mg or 10 mg combined with 5-HT RA, NK1 RA, and dexamethasone during the cisplatin-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy were included. The primary endpoint was the complete response (CR) (no vomiting) rate, and the secondary endpoint was the incidence of no nausea.

This study was aimed to investigate the incidence of thrombosis in patients with primary thrombocytosis (PT) and its correlation with function changes of platelets, and to explore the effect of thromboxane A2 (TXA2) inhibitor-ozagrel sodium on platelet activity and its efficacy for prevention and treatment of thrombosis. The CD62P and PAC-1 levels on platelet surface were detected by flow cytometry; the levels of TXB2 (metabolic product of TXA2) and 6-keto-PGFIalpha (metabolic product of prostacyclin) were detected by FLISA. The function change of platelets and its correlation with thrombosis were observed and compared in PT patients with and without thrombosis.

Z plasty was used in 38 children (male 22, female 16) aged from 0.5 to 6 years with ankyloglossia. There were no infection, dehiscence and tongue adhesion.
