[Transport Influence and Potential Sources of Ozone Pollution for Nanjing During Spring and Summer in 2017].

In this study, the 24-hour backward trajectories of air mass at ground level(10 m)in Nanjing were calculated by using the HYSPLIT model with the NCEP global reanalysis data from April 1st to October 31st, 2017. The backward trajectories were then combined with the hourly concentration data of O in Nanjing for trajectories clustering analysis and potential pollution sources analysis. The results show that in 2017, the maximum daily 8 h running average O level in Nanjing was around 12-261 μg·m with 58 days of O pollution in Nanjing, mainly in the spring and summer.

Here we report a facile strategy to construct a multifunctional chemosensor for the detection of Hg, [Formula: see text]Co, and CN in aqueous solution based on the fluorescent copper nanoclusters (Cu NCs). It was interesting to find that salicylaldehyde (SA) could effectively modulate the fluorescence property and sensing behavior of Cu NCs.

Propranolol, a pleiotropic β-adrenergic blocker, has been anecdotally reported to reduce cerebral cavernous malformations (CCMs) in humans. However, propranolol has not been rigorously evaluated in animal models, nor has its mechanism of action in CCM been defined. We report that propranolol or its S(-) enantiomer dramatically reduced embryonic venous cavernomas in ccm2 mosaic zebrafish, whereas R-(+)-propranolol, lacking β antagonism, had no effect.

In this work, a novel cobalt-doped magnetic carbon (CDMC) was prepared to boost hydrogen (H) and methane (CH) generation. A one-pot approach was employed to produce H and CH with an incompletely heat-treated mixed culture. A moderate amount of CDMC promoted biogas evolution, while excess CDMC eroded both H and CH productivity.

Recent advances of antibody drug conjugates for clinical applications.

Antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) normally compose of a humanized antibody and small molecular drug a chemical linker. After decades of preclinical and clinical studies, a series of ADCs have been widely used for treating specific tumor types in the clinic such as brentuximab vedotin (Adcetris®) for relapsed Hodgkin's lymphoma and systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma, gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg®) for acute myeloid leukemia, ado-trastuzumab emtansine (Kadcyla®) for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer, inotuzumab ozogamicin (Besponsa®) and most recently polatuzumab vedotin-piiq (Polivy®) for B cell malignancies. More than eighty ADCs have been investigated in different clinical stages from approximately six hundred clinical trials to date.

How is Trait Anger Related to Adolescents' Cyberbullying Perpetration? A Moderated Mediation Analysis.

Although trait anger has been shown to play an important role in cyberbullying perpetration, little is known about mediating and moderating mechanisms underlying this relationship. In the present study, we examined whether moral disengagement mediated the relationship between trait anger and cyberbullying perpetration, and whether this mediating process was moderated by empathy. Four hundred and fifty-five Chinese adolescents completed the measures of trait anger, moral disengagement, cyberbullying perpetration, and empathy.
