[Leukemia Genotype Analysis of Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Yunnan Area].

Objective: To analyze 43 leukemia genes in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in Yunnan province, and provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with ALL in this area.

Methods: The clinical data of 428 children with newly diagnosed ALL in Yunnan area from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Multiple nested PCR technology was used to detect 43 common leukemia genes.

[Impacts of industrial agglomeration on eco-efficiency in resource-based areas: An empirical study based on nine typical resource-based provinces in China].

The contradiction between ecological environment and industrial economic development is extremely prominent in resource-based areas. We conducted an in-depth research on the effects and mechanisms of different types of industrial agglomeration on eco-efficiency in nine typical resource-based provinces (Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang) from 2006 to 2015, including specialization, related and unrelated diversification. The results showed that the specialization had a negative impact on eco-efficiency.

[Effect of integrated schistosomiasis control in Honghu City from 2008 to 2018].

Objective: To evaluate the effect of integrated schistosomiasis control measures in Honghu City during the period from 2008 through 2018.

Methods: The data pertaining to schistosomiasis control measures and the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in Honghu City were collected from 2008 to 2018, and the effect of integrated schistosomiasis control measures implemented was evaluated.

Results: The resources from agriculture, water resources, forestry, land, education and communication sectors were integrated to implement the integrated schistosomiasis control strategy with the focus on the control of source of infection in Honghu City from 2008 to 2018.

Accuracy of urinary AD7c-NTP for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein (AD7c-NTP) has been reported to have high diagnostic accuracy in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Objective: To determine the diagnostic accuracy of urinary AD7c-NTP for the diagnosis of AD in patients with suspected AD.

Methods: We searched MEDLINE (January 1950 to date) and other electronic databases (from inception to date) for diagnostic accuracy studies that compared urinary AD7c-NTP to the standard clinical diagnosis of AD.

[Experimental study of radiofrequency ablation of liver in swine].

Objective: To explore the feasibility and efficacy of multiple-radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in swine liver.

Methods: One swine undergone percutaneous and intra-operative RFA for three times in succession (an interval of 5 days) guided by real-time ultrasound. Then 6 ablated lesions formed.
