Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the rates of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) after 3-year follow-up among patients randomized to DCB versus DES for the treatment of small caliber coronary arteries with reference vessel diameter between 2 and 3 mm.
Objectives: The aim of this study is to understand the current public discussion surrounding anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury prevention on social media and determine factors that influence levels of public engagement.
Methods: We performed a qualitative and quantitative cross-sectional analysis of ACL injury prevention techniques discussed on social media via the Twitter application programming interface (API). The Twitter API was queried from inception to May 2023 using keywords related to ACL injury and prevention.

Objectives: In recent years, brain-computer interface (BCI) has emerged as a potential treatment for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI). This is the first systematic review of the literature on invasive closed-loop BCI technologies for the treatment of SCI in humans.
Objective: Microvascular decompression (MVD) as a treatment for trigeminal neuralgia (TGN) has high success rate but is associated with risks of complication. This study analyzes Twitter to provide insights into discussions surrounding MVD for patients with TGN.
Methods: A Twitter search performed in April 2022 yielded 491 tweets from 426 accounts.
Purpose: The number of articles retracted by peer-reviewed journals has increased in recent years. This study systematically reviews retracted publications in the spine surgery literature.
Methods: A search of PubMed MEDLINE, Ovid EMBASE, Retraction Watch, and the independent websites of 15 spine surgery-related journals from inception to September of 2022 was performed without language restrictions.

Objective: This manuscript describes the landscape of social media use and DCM in patients, caretakers, clinicians, and researchers.
Background: People who smoke conventional cigarettes are increasingly turning to electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) as a pathway to quitting. However, the efficacy and safety of e-cigarettes for smoking cessation remains controversial.
Methods: We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs), identified through a systematic search of the MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane CENTRAL databases.
Background: Many amateur singers enjoy singing in choirs. They are likely to lack the training and expertise of professional singers and this may have an impact on their vocal health.
Aims: To assess the experiences of amateur singers, their use of warm-up and cool-down sessions, their vocal health, their sources of help and advice and their reactions to receiving a diagnosis and treatment.

The mechanistic/mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) integrates multiple signals to regulate critical cellular processes such as mRNA translation, lipid biogenesis, and autophagy. Germline and somatic mutations in mTOR and genes upstream of mTORC1, such as , , , , and components of GATOR1 and KICSTOR complexes, are associated with various epileptic disorders. Increased mTORC1 activity is linked to the pathophysiology of epilepsy in both humans and animal models, and mTORC1 inhibition suppresses epileptogenesis in humans with tuberous sclerosis and animal models with elevated mTORC1 activity.
