- The study aimed to evaluate treatment outcomes in high-risk (HR) and very high-risk (VHR) prostate cancer patients who received a combination of conformal radiation therapy (CRT) and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
- Between 2001 and 2012, 203 HR patients were analyzed, showing a 4-year biochemical disease-free survival rate of 87%, with failure observed in 15% of patients; however, stratifying into HR and VHR subgroups didn't predict outcomes effectively.
