Design: Systematic review and cumulative meta-analysis using randomized controlled trials (RCT) to determine the effect on pain and function post-treatment, and at 6-9 months after treatment. Standardized mean difference (SMD) ≤ -0.
Mental disorders during pregnancy are common, with long-lasting negative effects on mother and child. Treatment of these women is challenging, because of the high incidence of additional psychosocial problems and barriers on population and healthcare level. Collaborative care, collaboration between mental health and obstetric care professionals, may help to overcome these problems.

These criteria are used to determine if a patient with osteoarthritis (OA) 'responds' to therapy, meaning experiences a clinically relevant effect of therapy. Recently, more clinical OA trials report on this outcome and most OA trials have data to calculate the number of responders according to these criteria.

If a new randomized controlled trial (RCT) is unlikely to change the pooled effect estimate, conducting the new trial is a waste of resources. We evaluated whether recommendations not to conduct further RCTs reduced the number of trials registered for two scenarios.

We aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to treat AMD and performed a meta-analysis of the estimated treatment effect on the psychiatric symptoms during pregnancy.
Methods: MedLine, PsycINFO and Embase databases were searched by two independent reviewers for clinical trials with a control condition on treatment of women with AMD, i.
Pneumomediastinum is a rare condition, and mostly occurs following traumatic or iatrogenic tracheal and oesophageal perforation, but spontaneous pneumomediastinum has also been described. We report a case of a 17-year-old woman who presented with a penetrating neck wound after a fall down the stairs. She had an extensive pneumomediastinum without signs of tracheal or oesophageal laceration, rib fractures, pneumothorax or haematothorax.

In pregnant women with a mental disorder, who frequently suffer from sleep problems, it is unknown whether predominantly objective or subjective sleep quality is more affected. To clarify this, we compared objective and subjective parameters of sleep quality between patients and healthy controls during pregnancy.
