[Case for diagnosis. Reticulate acropigmentation of Dohi].

Reticulate acropigmentation of Dohi is a rare dyschromic disorder of autosomal dominant inheritance. Most cases have been originally described in Japan. The case of a girl with lesions of typical distribution and morphology is reported.
