[The dermatoscopy in the skin pathergy testing: case series in patients with suspected Behçet's Disease].

Its diagnosis is based on clinical criteria, in which a positive pathergy test scores 1. A case series with 26 suspected patients is presented, and the skin pathergy test was performed in 23.

Trismus as the first manifestation of cholangiocarcinoma.

The initial presentation of a cholangiocarcinoma (CC) as trismus due to metastasis to the parotid gland is extremely rare and no previous reports have been found in the literature. A 29-year-old woman presented trismus that initiated 2 months before admission, just after superior left third molar extraction. Physical examination revealed severe trismus and a mass in the parotid gland.

[Acute renal failure related to intravenous acyclovir].

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence and outcome of acute renal failure (ARF) in patients submitted to intravenous (IV) acyclovir treatment.

Methods: All patients over 13 years of age that used intravenous acyclovir for 5 or more days were retrospectively analyzed. When serum creatinine levels, previously in the normal range, increased above 2 mg/dl, the case was considered an ARF.
