Aquablation for lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) secondary to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) has been adopted to treat a wide range of prostate anatomies including glands up to 150 cc. Patients with recurrence of LUTS after previous BPH procedure often present with variant anatomy, and a paucity of literature exists on the optimal treatment modality for these patients. Methods: One hundred sixteen men with who underwent Aquablation as part of the WATER prospective trial (NCT02505919) were assigned to 2 groups based on perioperative antithrombotic status. Antithrombotic cessation and restart timing were based on the surgeon's discretion.
Purpose: We report 5-year safety and efficacy outcomes of the Aquablation procedure for the treatment of men with symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia and large-volume prostate glands.
Materials And Methods: A total of 101 men with moderate to severe benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms and prostate volumes between 80 and 150 mL underwent a robotic-assisted Aquablation procedure in a prospective multicenter international trial (NCT03123250). Herein we report the final 5-year results.

Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed on 54 patients treated for FG from 2010-2016 at LAC+USC Medical Center, the largest public hospital in Los Angeles County.
Purpose: To demonstrate our technical approach for robot-assisted ureteroneocystostomy (R-UNC) for benign and malignant distal ureteral pathologies.
Materials And Methods: Between January 2009 and January 2013, a total of 10 patients underwent R-UNC in the distal ureter by a single surgeon. Indications for R-UNC were as follows: idiopathic (3), fistula (2), iatrogenic (2), malignancy (2), and chronic vesicoureteral reflux (1).

The present report represents the largest series of gunshot wound trauma to the scrotum in the literature. Further, it validates recommendations of the European Association of Urology guidelines on urological trauma that advocate operative intervention due to minimal rates of patient morbidity and the inherent limitations of scrotal ultrasonography in discerning testicular compromise.
