Analysis of heart sound signals plays an essential role in preventing and diagnosing cardiac diseases. This study proposes a multi-level feature encoding algorithm based on frequency-balanced power spectral intensity for heart sound signal classification. Firstly, a wavelet threshold function is employed to denoise the heart sound signals.

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of propofol combined with alfentanil in vocal cord polypectomy under suspension laryngoscopy.

Methods: A total of 308 patients undergoing vocal cord polypectomy under suspension laryngoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were included in this prospective study, and the patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the observation group received alfentanil combined with propofol, while those in the control group were anesthetized with sufentanil combined with propofol.

Thymopeptide and transfer factor are two common clinic biological preparations, which are used to cure immunodeficiency, low immunofunction or infectious disease caused by virus or fungi owing to their functions of increasing body immunity. In order to discuss the relationship between trace elements and those related diseases, to coordinate sound clinic use of the preparations and to provide productive data on them, atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect the contents of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Co and Ni in thymopeptide and transfer factor biological preparations. Respective contents of detected elements were compared in a statistical way.

Atomic absorption method was used to detect the contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Zn, Cu, Fe and Mn in serum of 48 hypertension patients and 52 healthy people. The results show that the contents of Na, Mg, Zn, Fe and Mn in hypertension were higher than healthy control, while K, Ca and Cu were lower. Na/K were higher, but Ca/Mg and Cu/Zn were lower, than healthy control.
