Burkitt lymphoma (BL) is a high-grade, B-cell-originated pediatric malignancy that is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma involving different organs. Mediastinal mass, ascites, peritoneal thickening, and infiltration of the small intestine, kidney, and liver were found in our patient.
