Extramedullary infiltration of acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (ALL) to genital organs is extremely rare. Here, we present a case report of an asymptomatic 49-year-old female, known case of precursor B-cell ALL, who was incidentally detected with thickened and heterogeneously hyperechoic endometrium on sonography. Contrast magnetic resonance imaging detected large polypoidal enhancing lesions showing intense diffusion restriction occupying the endometrial cavity and similar lesions in the left adnexa, left ovary, and fallopian tube which were suspicious for leukemic infiltration because of the clinical history and atypical appearance of the lesions.

Malignancies are increasing worldwide with changing lifestyle, pollution, increasing life expectancy, and diagnostic advancements. However, multiple primary malignancies (MPMs) detected simultaneously are very rare. Here, we present a rare case of three primary malignancies (sigmoid colon, prostate, and thyroid) detected simultaneously in a 77-year-old male patient, who initially presented with bleeding per rectum and was then found to have a large pedunculated mass in the sigmoid colon on colonoscopy, which further turned out to be adenocarcinoma.

Purpose: The blur introduced by breathing motion degrades the diagnostic accuracy of whole-body F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (F-FDG PET-CT) in lesions adjacent to the diaphragm by increasing the apparent size and by decreasing their metabolic activity. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of motion correction by four-dimensional phase-based respiratory-gated (RG) F-FDG PET-CT in improving metabolic parameters of lesions adjacent to the diaphragm (especially in the lungs or liver).

Materials And Methods: Eighteen patients with known lung or liver lesions underwent conventional F-FDG PET-CT and respiratory-gated PET-CT acquisition of the desired region using a pressure-sensing, phase-based respiratory-gating system.

As new molecular tracers are identified to target specific receptors, tissue, and tumor types, opportunities arise for the development of both diagnostic tracers and their therapeutic counterparts, termed "theranostics." While diagnostic tracers utilize positron emitters or gamma-emitting radionuclides, their theranostic counterparts are typically bound to beta and alpha emitters, which can deliver specific and localized radiation to targets with minimal collateral damage to uninvolved surrounding structures. This is an exciting time in molecular imaging and therapy and a step towards personalized and precise medicine in which patients who were either without treatment options or not candidates for other therapies now have expanded options, with tangible data showing improved outcomes.

Nowadays, the major depressive disorder (MDD) is a common disease that negatively affects the life quality of many people around the world. As MDD symptoms are closely related with the changes in food and eating, the relation between patients' emotional responses and food tastes could be used as criteria for diagnostic. Until now, studies on the emotional response to different food tastes for patients affected by MDD have been poorly described in literature.
