- A retrospective analysis of 42 patients revealed that the majority were male (69%) with an average age of 48, primarily injured in traffic accidents or falls, and various types of pelvic fractures were identified (Tile A, B, C).
- The findings indicated specific associations between fracture types and other injuries: Tile A with scapula fractures, Tile B with sacral fractures and visceral injuries, while Tile C, although fewer in number, showed a trend toward more hemodynamic instability and thoracic injuries.
