Introduction: Vitamin D is associated with many functions of the human reproductive system. Accordingly, it seems that on infertile couples undergoing assisted reproduction technology (ART), treatment outcomes may be affected by the vitamin D. This overview aims to show the effect of vitamin D on infertility treatments outcomes in recent studies by concluding systematic reviews and meta-analyses to achieve a comprehensive result.

Evaluating Quality of Life and Marital Contentment among Seroconcordant and Serodiscordant HIV-Infected Couples in Comparison to Non- HIV Couples.

Background: Quality of life (QOL) and marital contentment, especially marital satisfaction, are important aspects of life. These items are more important in couples involved in HIV due to the present social stigma among this population considering women more vulnerable. The aim of this study was to determine the QOL and marital contentment status among seroconcordant and serodiscordant HIV couples compared to non-HIV ones.

Calcitriol Effect on Outcomes of in Vitro Fertilization in Infertile Women with Vitamin D Deficiency: A Double-Blind Randomized Clinical Trial.

Introduction: Recent studies have addressed the role of micronutrients in fertilization, such as vitamin D. The present study aims to explore the effects of using calcitriol, an active form of vitamin D, on IVF results in women with vitamin D deficiency.
