Nonossifying fibroma (NOF) is a benign lesion confined to the bone marrow and connective tissues without exhibiting osseous metaplasia. NOF of long bones in children is more common than its gnathic counterpart. Mandibular NOF is rare, and there is a paucity of information in the literature.
