Background: Since the primary goal of cleft lip repair is to achieve a symmetrical, aesthetic lip, several surgical techniques have been utilized. Accordingly, in this study, a unilateral cleft lip was surgically repaired using two techniques: modified Millard's and Fisher's techniques.
