An age-related nomogram for antral follicle count: an observational study of 3821 women.

Research Question: What is the relationship between antral follicle count (AFC) and chronological age, and what are the expected values for AFC?

Design: This was a retrospective cohort study at a specialist gynaecological ultrasound centre in London, UK. Women presenting to a gynaecology diagnostic unit for investigation of symptoms or routine check-up, and undergoing transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) examinations, between 1 January 2017 and 22 September 2022 were included in this study.

Results: In total, 8821 TVUS records from 7573 patients were analysed.

Long-term risks of childhood surgery.

Introduction: Several patients, who underwent major reconstruction under the care of an experienced pediatric urologist are now, as adults, several years later, appearing with long term problems and complications. This consensus process was undertaken to give an overview of long term consequences (and their management) of urological childhood surgery.

This content analysis study reviews the quality of information offered on websites specifically advertising revision labiaplasty. Twelve websites were identified through online searches and were examined for the quality of their clinical information.

Augmentation vaginoplasty with buccal mucosa for the surgical revision of postreconstructive vaginal stenosis: a case series.

Background: Vaginal stenosis is a common consequence of vaginal reconstruction in childhood. Significant scarring can make dilation ineffective, and there maybe a paucity of skin to create perineal skin flaps. Numerous vaginoplasty techniques exist, including perineal skin flaps for distal stenosis and intestinal vaginoplasty requiring laparotomy and bowel anastomosis.
