Precise descriptions of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)-related cardiac damage as well as underlying mechanisms are scarce. We describe clinical presentation and diagnostic workup of acute myocarditis in a patient who had developed COVID-19 syndrome 1 month earlier.
